Worst decision I have ever made in my life. I was referred to him which I thought would be a good thing but I should have never trusted him. I’m expecting and me and my boyfriend were ready to buy a home to start our new family. We put an offer on a home because John gave us the go ahead. We should have never put an offer and looked for something less expensive. He was unable to pull through and never took responsibility or any of his downfalls. His communication skills were terrible. He would take days to get back to my lawyer, realtor, and myself. We had to be on him constantly to know what was going on. He would tell us he would update us by a certain date and time and never did! He was rude to the sellers as well as the people on my team and even threatened to not finish the job he started. He had me and my boyfriend take accounts off of our credit reports which took both our scores down 20 points. He asked for multiple extensions until our loan was about to expire! He did not work efficiently and did not do things in a timely matter. He overlooked things he should have seen from the beginning of the process. He should have just told us the truth. He overpromised and couldn’t deliver. He didn’t care how many lives he was affecting. Now we have to start from scratch with the credit scores he’s damaged and hope we can find a place before I have my baby since we wasted over 2 months because John told us we could put an offer and knew that it was going to be difficult for him to get us the loan. He had us doing way more than we should have because he couldn’t get the job done. To top everything off when we didn’t get the loan he never notified us or anybody on our team. He just disappeared. I believe he put us on the bottom of his pile until time was running out. He should find a new career.
