Joyce is great! Our policy wasn't being renewed because of our house being in a designated fire area. We were very concerned. Then after the tragic fires the CA Governor asked State Farm and other insurers to extend coverage for those homeowners in fire affected areas. State Farm said they would. I wanted to speak to our then State Farm Agent get the details and make sure we could be alright. I couldn't even get him on the phone. He never took or returned calls and delegated the work to his office staff. I found Joyce who had high ratings and good reviews. I called her. She not only helped us but called the office of my then agent and told them what to do to make sure our policy was renewed. Needless to say, we switched to Joyce. We just reviewed our policy and made changes which provide us better coverage. She is knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive.
