Excellent service!
My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I just got engaged on Sunday. While the custom band wasn’t ready in time for the proposal, they did let my fiancé borrow a ring to use to propose to me with. The custom band came in on Tuesday and we thought it was a perfect fit (and at the time it was). I had to get it resized just today because it was definitely loose to the point of falling off which is probably due to the fact I have been losing weight. They informed us that the ring could be ready today or maybe not until Tuesday due to the holiday. They got it resized perfectly same day in about 1.5 hours! They deserve all of the gold stars for their amazing customer service and quick turnaround time! You have our business for a lifetime! Thank you to the entire team involved.

I took a ring to be sized bigger and they done an excellent job on it and they were the fastest I’ve ever seen!! I dropped it off Thursday and they texted me around 10:30AM the next day and had it ready! I was very impressed and will always refer people to them!!!

First time using Joshua’s. Had one minor repair for one cross necklace and another more involved repair for a different cross necklace where the best way to repair it so it would last had to be figured out first. That repair was done beautifully, quickly, and at a reasonable price. Everyone in the shop was very pleasant to interact with.
