I’ve worked with Joe Finke many times. He’s has helped me on numerous auto and home loans. His service is beyond anyone I’ve worked with where he also has helped my family and even clients of mine. He’s very thorough and an honest agent. Not the typical “sales person”

Zach Mehlin and the Joe Finke team sold me a new auto and home policy, and after the deal was made I noticed they used incorrect information to draft the policy and I was never able to get in contact with them after weeks of attempting via calls to both Joe and Zach and to the office, as well as texts. Zach promised he would cancel my old policies and setup the new policies, but I have now been charged for both old and new auto and both homeowners policies and I still can’t get a call back. They promised to save me money but have cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars, and lots of time dealing with insurance and mortgage companies. I can not stress enough how awful this experience has been, and will warn everyone that asks not to use them.
