I've been a customer for close to 16 years. Nancy, when she was with us, gave me the best and personal service. I like them so much after I moved to Ogden I chose to keep Joseph E. Hansen as my agent.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I feel the office has given me less service lately. I used to get occasional calls to check on me and my needs but haven't heard from anyone in a while.
They are a great company and they've met my needs.
