I am very impressed with their knowledge in the insurance world.
They are kind, personable and provide outstanding customer service. I work with Michelle, Kassandra, Fabiola and Esmeralda often. I always feel welcome when entering their office. They are a Great insurance agency !! I highly reccomed them for your insurance needs.

I really wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to!! They do NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS PROPERLY, AT ALL. Tryed to get car insurance and they kept saying I'll call you back and never did!! Then had the audacity to make me send my insurance information from another company that had absolutely nothing to do with getting insurance from them!! So they asked for forms there not suppose to ask for that are private. Not a good place to get insurance from at all VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION AT ALL!! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DON'T GO THERE AT ALL!!!!

I couldn’t be more impressed! This agency is the perfect example of an organized, professional, and caring organization. Jorge Navarro and his associates are very loving and the well-being of their customers means everything to them. They would always be by my side, every time I had a question or concern. If I had the option I would even give this agency a 10 star review. I’ve been a customer for years and well I’m so thankful for everything that Jorge and his associates have done for me. I honestly don’t know where I would be without them. Highly recommend this agency and anyone would be lucky to have Jorge Navarro as their agent. Thank you!
