I would like to commend Nina F. on her superior customer service. She pays attention to detail, makes sure you understand and follows through with what she says she will do. I have been with the same agency for at least 18 years. There have been many employees over those years, Nina treats my family as her own and is extremely professional.
With Nina I never feel the need to follow up because I know she will get back to me timely. Just cannot say enough to thank Nina for her hard work and dedication!
