As far as our agent they was great but for the allstate insurance it wasn't. The claim agents we had to deal with tried giving me a four-wheeler price for a sidexside. Then giving me prices of older and more used vehicles from way off states. I bet if I would have home insurance they wouldn't give me California price for my home. Just glad I finally settled even though I lost 7k in 2 sidexside, also they would not talk to me on the phone just through emails that they would only send every other week or so. I will never have sidexside insurance with them again. Side note yes I knew I would not get full price for them,just wasn't expecting to be beat down to what I had to take.

Switched from State Farm to Allstate about 9 months ago. Got better rates for 5 vehicles, a boat, a house, a second house plus an umbrella policy. Three of the vehicles are with National General (an Allstate Company) and two are with Allstate.

Would have been 5 stars without the confusion that National General vs Allstate has caused plus having to work through the annoying phone tree to speak to a person at the office.

Never been here in person, but my experiences with them over the phone have always been excellent! They got my double-wide covered when others wouldn't. Good coverage on my vehicles. They'll gladly quote you for whatever vehicle you may need to add if you're looking to buy a new vehicle. Very easy to make policy changes over the phone. Basically, I'ma stick with them for quite some time.
