Do not give them a dime. I had invested with them in 2020 and seemed great the first years was receiving dividends. I honestly had forgotten about my account. But on Sunday (6/23) I had received an email from DF saying my bank account was removed from my account and that a new one was added. Alarmed, I logged into my account and say that my dividends were transferred to an unknown account. I emailed them right away. was it a hack? Have not heard back from them still. I have contacted them 2 more times since. Just give me my money back. Does anyone know how to report this?

Update: I appreciate that they at least changed the name when they provided the copy/pasted response! (I did see one person's post where the name didn't actually match.. - let's see if they can fix it). I called and emailed as recommended below and no response! Mohamed followed up once saying "sorry for taking long" then no response. Still in the dark.

Hi! In March, Mohamed notified me that the first fund was paid back to investors already, and that he and the chief investment officer would let me know what the actual returns were. I was told that the returns were higher than what is displayed online (based on my account online, it is a 1% annual return for the past five years). At first Mohamed was responsive (when he first started), then he said that he would talk to the investment officer, and then communication stopped. I've emailed about six times over the past three months and now there is no response. I was wondering if you could let us know below what the total return was for the first full-cycle fund. Also, could you let us know why the return time period was changed from 4-5 years to 7+ years?

Did some reasearch for real estate investing and liked this company. Invest in two fund over the last two years. Going as planned. Looking forward to seeing the returns in 5-6 years. It does require a long term commitment, but worth the risk for reward. I have had no problems getting a hold of senior management to explain everything. Platform is very easy to invest big or small amounts.

Gina, the same happened to me. Diversyfund hasn’t responded none of my emails for the last 2 years. They stole my investment. I’m waiting until it become even a bigger problem and see if we can get united and recover our money.

David, at least you received your money back and $32.00 more. They literally disappeared with my investment. Please let’s connect if you would like.

*Edit: For those looking at reviews please notice the reply’s to all comments being copy and pasted for the most part by the company. I am an experienced investor and already know my investment was not liquid and I understood the terms. That is why in my review did I not mention anything about not getting my investment back, or the length of the investment, etc. My comments, as with the majority of those with issues, were regarding the non-communication, lack of providing required annual documents required by the IRS and SEC and lack of quality updates on investments.*

I am coming up on year 5 of being invested with DiversyFund and unfortunately I invested a large amount of money. At this point I am highly alarmed that I will never see the money I invested due to the company virtually going dark shortly after a lawsuit was filed against them last year. I noticed this tax season I nor anyone received their 1099’s. I began researching and started seeing Reddit posts and other platforms having people worried and upset discussing the same issues with DiversyFund that same week. My investment holder who manages my account alerted me to having attempted to contact DiversyFund multiple times for my annual FMV (Fair Market Value) and supporting documentation as is required. I then attempted to contact DiversyFund so I would not be charged an expensive fee for non-compliance/late. After multiple attempts of contacting them through various email forms I never heard back. I filed a complaint with the SEC due to the website providing no information or documentation for my investment, required documentation required by the IRS not being provided and no way to communicate with the company.

If I could give them no Stars I would. I have trying to rach someone for 3 weeks now about my investment. At one point someone reached out to ask for more money to invest so I emailed that person still not response. I am going to make a report for fraud since there is no phone number and no one has responded to emails. DO NOT INVEST HERE!!! I see they removed the number from their Google profile. Called the number the person said someone would call me back Tuesday. Did a little more research found they have several complaints. Looked up a couple of the properties in my so called portfolio and found they also have terrible reviews and poorly managed, one property has complaints for roach infestation which appears have been going on for sometime. I have made a BBB and SEC complaint becasue the response I received has absolutely no merrit. The issue is not the liquidation of assets but the non response as well as the terrible reviews. Also the fact no updates on the platform since 2022, no accounting for what the money is being spent on. Money is supposedly being spent on rehabilitation, where is the accounting? How are you vetting the properties you are purchasing? In the little research I have done I'm even more alarmed than ever. Hope you call me back because I have so many questions

This is part of the issue...took you a month to even respond to my comment, which is better than the emails I've sent to you during the past 4 years. You did just send an email discussing your poor communication from the beginning, so that is a positive step. Hire a communications department as most investors want consistent info on the progress and performance of their existing investments. Not pitches for new investments.

Hi, I decided to rewrite a review about this company. Diversyfund only respond to your concerns if you post a negative review on their website. I have been invested four for almost four years in this company. They never seem to care about you as an investor unless you write a comment about them, and then they seem to email you about your investment. This company is the worst company to invest your hard earned money in. I would suggest that if you wanted real growth to invest your money in Fundraise, this is the only company you will see growth in your money. All I want at this point is my money back from this company they don't know what they're doing with your money.
