We have been happy clients of John McAfee's office for several years. In particular, Vivian Bell, has been great to work with. She is responsive, professional and up to date with valuable information and assurance that we have adequate coverage for our home, which is in a WUI and high fire area, as well as a FireWise Community. I spoke with Vivian today, after our niece lost her home in the Pacific Palisades Fire, to check up on our policy. She reviewed our policy and recommended a modest increase in our coverage and confirmed that we are properly covered and would be reimbursed according to the terms of our policy in the event of damage or destruction of our home by fire. Our house is listed in a trust, which is in both our names. Vivian assured me that our policy covers our house even though our house is held in a trust, in both of our names.

California insurance rate increases and cancellations are a nightmare! A year ago, we needed help (rescue) from the insurance company jacking rates outrageously year-over-year. Our other insurance broker referred us to John McAfee, specifically to get a State Farm quote. Vivian Bell was our point of contact and WOW, how refreshing to get such proactive/interactive help to arrive at what met our needs and with best available competitive rates.

With the continued (2023/24) absurd California insurance rate increases, we had to explore our options again. One call to Vivian (who answered her phone!!) and we spent 15 minutes arriving at a best solution for the time being. Completed decision and resolution in 15 minutes!
