I wish I had the option of giving no stars. I’m not unhappy with Allstate , I’m unhappy with my agent John (who is very sarcastic) and his counterpart Tom. My calls are never answered even during business hours, they always call back but it’s never timely. I really don’t feel I’m in good hands. Any help or changes made I’m always directed to go online. They call the hell out of you to get you started but you have to find them when it’s time to file a claim. Honestly I don’t want to part ways with Allstate I just really want to find a more tentative and dedicated agent.

Had Geico auto insurance for several years. Cost of $118.00 per mo. For full coverage. Allstate had a plan for seniors that do not use a lot of miles. I now pay approx $70.00 per month for same coverage. Also the insurance agent so far been great to work with.

I called John inquiring why my payments went up $30 and in response I was patronized and borderline yelled at for not understanding. I suggested talking to him the next day because he seemed so irritated (which he admitted) as he continued to be condescending. I had to hang up and switch agents because the service was that bad. I suggest any future and current clients switch agents before you have a problem or need help and have the same experience I just did.

This is by far the worst experience I ever in life had with customer service set up An account over the phone and paid for insurance up to six months when it was time to pay again they took my money out of my account that wasn’t authorized causing it to over draft over 600 dollars I was told it would be a reverse payment within 48 hours it has now been double that and the John luzzo character is making it difficult to tell me why this payment isn’t reversed and why I didn’t get a call back like they stated to get the over draft fee taken care..... John luzzo is very unprofessional and doesn’t know what he is doing and I still haven’t got this issue resolved my account is still negative 630 dollars don’t ever get insured by him
