Several years ago I found Peakes Insurance Agency, and I must say that I am very happy that I did! I carefully research such decisions, and choosing this agency was definitely the right decision to make. The staff there are very dedicated to their careers, and they politely take their time to answer your questions. They are obviously very knowledgeable about finding the best vehicle insurance to suit your needs. If any problems arise, you can feel confident that they will help you resolve it. The friendly professional nature of the staff in their office makes me feel that I am not just another client but also a human being that may need help sometimes without trying to financially gouge me every time, and I very much APPRECIATE this aspect.
I could sit here typing this review going on and on about how nice they are. I am definitely left with a strong satisfied assurance about getting coverage through the John Peakes Insurance Agency. I have been with Peakes Insurance since June of 2014..they are the best. I have shopped for insurance myself since then, and they always come in lower. Not only that, but especially at this time, it is so important to support local, family owned businesses....so not only do I get the best rate for me, but I can go to sleep at night knowing I am supporting local businesses.
My very first interaction with John, the owner, was when I purchased a car at Carmax back in 2014...they needed my insurance immediately, and John had to drive down on a Sunday in order for me to be able to drive my new/used car off the lot (I think he had to look at the car...I don't remember exactly why he had to come down, but he did!) Needless to say, I have never forgotten that and it is one of the reasons I will stick with John E Peakes Insurance. Quiana has been my agent through the years, and she is amazing. So professional, and responsive. Who doesn't want that. Thank you everyone at Peakes Insurance!

Talk about customer service! After finding out that my old policy with another company was no longer eligible for renewal, I searched and searched for a carrier that would work with my unique business, and was left completely frustrated by the lack of response by other companies. Thankfully I found Peakes Insurance Agency! I worked with Patty & Brian, and they were a complete dream team. They were professional & kind, quick to respond, and kept me informed as the process moved along. In the end they were able to find a policy that worked for my business at a fair price. Highly recommend doing business with them!

I have had insurance with Peakes Insurance Agency for over 40 years. They have insured my cars, boats, home, rentals, commercial building, and vacation rentals. Even though I now live 150 miles away I recommend them to friends and clients all the time. I have an insurance background and am always so pleased with how they see the big picture with all of my policies and do what is correct for my situation. I feel very confident that both my auto and home insurance policies provide full coverage and at prices that are very competitive. In the past I couldn't say I had great coverage because I simply didn't know. When I signed on with John Peakes, referred by a good firiend who is in the business, I was taken through a process that gave me much more confidence in my coverage. The pricing is very competitive, but it's more important to me to have the right coverage. They are always available by phone and easy to reach when I have questions.
