John Casey took over this office when my original agent retired.

I actually had a choice between John Casey and another agent when the original agent sold his business.

Went with John and have not had one regret since.

My family has been with John Casey for over 2 decades & I personally have been with them since I first started driving about 13-14 yrs.ago. never had any issues. They have had the best staff that ALWAYS stay on top of everything, very kind & friendly, super helpful & they make issues stress free. They are very informative & honestly they're like our little "State Farm Family". We don't plan on switching to anything else or any other agency as well. They are SO accommodating & very patient, so anything we need, they can help with. If they can't answer something, they give you someone you can directly contact for direct answers. Love them!

I've had StateFarm through this agency for 10 years. I do not like how I am treated when I call this agency. If I'm calling your agency it's because I want an explanation. I do not want you guessing I need the actual reason for an increase. I understand it's easy to not care when it's not coming out of your pocket.

I only found out my bill increased because I was looking to add home owners insurance and my wife's vehicle to my plan. Now I will be canceling my policy and going else where.John fix the morale in your office because they simply do not care and do not want to be there.
