Jody Jordan’s State Farm office has been very helpful and I have relied upon many aspects of their insurance offerings. No matter who you talk to there, they are always more than willing to help. If they don’t know the answer, they find someone who does. Insurance companies typically get a bad rap, especially recently, but I have confidence that I’m treated fairly, respectfully and honestly. My cars, my home, along with an umbrella policy are protected by policies that I feel are reasonable in cost and are backed by a reputable local business.

I have had a few problems in the last 1-2 years out of the 15 I have been with them. I have canceled my policies due to reasons that it appears will probably be disputed anyways with the responses I am seeing here. I used to have good service here but that has changed in the recent year or 2. Being hung up on when I ask your name was the last straw for me. I could go on about my terrible encounter but for what So they can respond with a snark remark like in other reviews No thanks! But I now have others that will be canceling their policies as well due to this lack of customer service and disrespect. I would have recommended this office prior to 2 years ago....but definitely not now unfortunately! The positive of this is now I'm paying less and for more coverage through Geico. Blessing in disguise I guess...

I’ve never had a more pleasurable experience with an insurance company than I had with this team. Not only were they patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions, they were able to get me more polices for less money than what I was previously paying. Had bad experience with a number of insurance companies but a stop at State Farm and a chat with Hunter solved my issues. Hunter was pleasant and very helpful so everything was completed in less than an hour.
