I have known Jim Dwyer for decades, and he has been my insurance agent for a few of them. My car was recently totaled by a stolen box truck in a felony hit and run during a police pursuit. Have really enjoyed my experience working with Elizabeth Rich from Jim Dwyer State Farm. Never thought I'd write a review for an insurance company, but she helped me and my fiance a ton when we were figuring out special coverage for a new piece of jewelry and also when arranging home owners insurance. She was super responsive, very friendly, very patient, answered tons of questions and helped me understand the policy really clearly. Never felt any pressure from her either to pick a particular policy. Overall made what could have been a very difficult process into something that was very manageable and pleasant. Highly recommend!
