I contacted Jessica because our homeowners was up for renewal and the company we were with was hitting us with another 25% increase and our agent was not being that helpful. Not only did we end up with a rate lower than our renewal, it was several hundred dollars lower than what we were already paying! We have been with State Farm since 1992. Jessica Knight is our fourth agent. State Farm transferred our insurances to Jessica's office. The recent service we received was above and beyond our expectations. Our issue with the homeowners insurance was resolved in less than a day something the other agent refused to help with.
