Jesse McArthur is truly one of a kind. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable in his field, but he’s also one of the kindest, most relatable professionals I’ve ever met. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, and that care is reflected in every part of his agency. His team is just as amazing—warm, helpful, and a true reflection of his leadership. Jesse is exceptional at what he does and an all-around great human being. I highly recommend his agency to anyone looking for someone who really has your best interest at heart.

First of all, Jesse is my brother (full disclosure). But I generally don't do business with family because then I feel like guilt could play a part in why I go with one insurance over another. I was blown away. Jesse, through his associate, was able to find me insurance coverage that blew Geico out of the water. Geico had always had the cheapest rates for me and so I had never thought about switching.

Jesse found me coverage that was comprehensive, upped my coverage to way above the CA minimum, and removed deductibles. It was on par with what Geico was providing me with a $500 deductible, no comprehensive, no uninsured motorist coverage, no roadside assistance, no free windshield replacements, and at California minimum coverage. Essentially, for the comprehensive coverage package that Jesse found me with all the bells and whistles I'm paying $30 a month over Geico's non-comprehensive most basic insurance plan.

I'm still not sure how he did it. If Jesse can't figure out the best option for you on your insurance, I don't think anyone will be able to. He puts in the effort to figure out the best way to work the insurance coverage so that what he's providing makes entire sense, from an economical standpoint and from what kind of service you are getting. He'll think outside of the box for you. Very much recommend him for your insurance needs.

Jesse is really good and patient. Doesn't pressure you to buy his policies. Really liked his service and kindness. He made me understand what different types of policies have and don't have. He cares for his customers and as a father tries to recommend things for your family and kids. I really recommend Jesse!!

Due to ever-increasing insurance premiums in California, my wife Cati and I decided to make changes to our family's auto insurance policies. Naturally, we wanted to reduce costs without sacrificing too much by way of coverage. Customer Service Manager Kristine Verdusco was of great assistance in navigating this challenge. Kristine didn't try to talk us out of lowering our premiums (as we experienced with a different agency). Instead, Kristine spent a great deal of time clarifying our current coverages, "running the numbers" on different scenarios and explaining our options. This made it much easier for us to make an informed cost-cutting decision. We know we can get less expensive insurance with "cut rate" insurance companies, but we're staying with State Farm based on the high level of service provided by Kristine Verdusco. Thank you.
