Recently my car insurance premium went up. I called State Farm and talked to Ashly. She went above and beyond to help me. We submitted my odometer reading to prove I do not drive a lot. It did not work the first time. I basically gave this up but Ashly did not.

She remembered to call me in several week and submitted the odometer reading again to prove our point. And voila - my 6 months premium went down by $300. Great savings! Great service! Thank you very much, Ashly.
