BEWARE !!! Jerome wrote my Home and Auto Insurance and took my Payment. Less than a week later I received a letter from the Insurance Company stating I was Cancelled at the Agent's Request! The Insurance Company charged me for a week of coverage and they also stated that I would not be refunded Jerome's $100 Commission. Jerome never called me to discuss this situation like a man or a good agent. Instead he kept my $100 and to this day has never called me. I have called Jerome many times and left messages and he has never returned the calls. I guess Jerome thinks he earned that $100 !!

He was open and honest and broke things down so I could easily understand and showed me how to save money on my policies. He’s a really nice family man whose been in the insurance business for years and easy to talk to. Great guy !
