Jeremy and his team are the best! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In 2022, my car was stolen, and Diana showed such care and empathy throughout the entire process. She really went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of, and I always felt like she had my best interests at heart. I wanted to leave a review about my experience with the Jeremy Dixon Allstate Insurance Agency, who we have been with for the last 9 years. Rates started getting pretty high for us on our homeowners insurance due to the fact that we are behind the Broadmoor in a mitigated area. As a result, I went in search of coverage from some other carriers. I chose State Farm only because they came in substantially lower in price than Allstate is currently offering. These rates fluctuate a lot over the years and I think State Farm is as good as Allstate as a large corporate entity. However, I ended up doing all the work to get our insurance switched over only to be sent by the agent's producer a blanket underwriting response that required even more work on mine and my husband's part to start our policies on home, auto, and umbrella. As a previous property and casualty agent for Farmer's Insurance in Texas I know the rates for these companies fluctuate back and forth between cos depending upon their surplus. That said, I decided to stay with Allstate, even though our cost is significantly higher than what SF was going to charge us this year, because the customer service is far superior to what I experienced through the producer at the State Farm Agency. That is because Diana Bills has been handling our account and we really appreciate her service through the Dixon Agency. My husband and I decided we would rather pay more to have good customer service than to be just another cog in the wheel to some other agency that didn't seem to care that much about our business. These insurance companies are going to set their rates at whatever the market and their surplus dictates. That has nothing to do with the actual agency. The agency is all about customer service. We like the customer service at the Jeremy Dixon Agency. My guess is that in another few years, State Farm will go up to higher rates than Allstate. That's just the way this business works. But we will know that we can pick up the phone when we need to and get great customer service.

I can't say enough good things about this insurance company! We were in the Hayman fire burn area and have had trouble with insurance rates for the last 20 years. We were referred to Allstate by another agent who could not help us. Samantha was our agent and truly amazing! She went way above and beyond the call of duty. We have unique circumstances, and Sam was able to fit all of our needs perfectly for way less than what we were paying. We were seriously thinking about going completely without insurance because at our age it was no longer an option to pay the high rates. It was eat or buy insurance. Now we can do both! If you are looking for a new insurance agent who is caring, dedicated, extremely responsive to your needs look no further! Thank you so much Sam and Jeremy!

Even though Allstate was not able to write it he answered my call quickly, checked with underwriting, and gave me a few suggestions where I might purchase it.
