I have been with this company for some years now and even though they are a bit higher in price their quality is the best. My agent Estevan has taken care of us along several issues and has made us happy when they have come up. I called and left a voicemail because I had a question about my policy. I haven’t had a call back from them. I did call the 800 number for Allstate to try and change my agent to someone who will actually be there to help answer questions
