BEWARE...NO accidents, NO tickets on 2021 Camry, my 6 month Auto insurance increased from $840.45 to $1,294.45. I paid less than that Annually when my car was Brand New, also bundled with Condo Ins. I've requested call backs to negotiate lower coverage for lower rates, NO ONE CALLS. A Big part of Customer Service is Caring & Concern about Your Customers, especially when you know Your Company’s decisions are UNFAIR. My Allsate Auto & Condo Bills have always been Paid In Full & On Time...Very Sad & Disappointed.

I contacted this agency regarding a need for landlord insurance for a rental condo I own. The representative told me she’d research it and get back to me. She called me back telling me she had done “extensive” research and no other agencies could ensure me in California. A few days later, I contacted GEICO and they were able to issue me a landlord policy within a few minutes at a reasonable price. I feel I was misled by this agency that “nothing” was available. This gave me a very bad feeling to this agency. They only want to help if it’s in their best interest, I guess. Otherwise, they say “nothing” is available. Not good customer support. I was insured by them in the past but will never work with them again. I felt misled.

This is going to be tough to talk about, but here goes. My son was killed in a car accident several years ago. The insurance reps I spoke with were amazing. I was told that the insurance payment for the car had been approved and would be sent to the credit union soon and that the CU had been notified.. The CU would call me several times a day and be very rude. The insurance rep called and I told her; she did a three- way call. The CU person started in on me and the All State Rep immediately stepped in and stopped him, and put him in his place. She was wonderful. The CU did not bother me again. They really took care of me. I will stick with Reggio.

Riggio insurance is 2nd to None . Mr Jayme Riggio and his staff are on top of absolutely everything and communicate better than any insurance agent I’ve had . I thought I was getting good service from my SF agent and I was, but I’m getting great 5 star service from Riggio insurance .

They are our insurance agents for the last 19 years. Recently, they worked hard to reinstate our property insurance, and they were successful. They are always accessible and provide us with useful advice. We found out that Allstate isn’t that expensive compared to other well known companies. We highly recommend them for insurance needs.

He is very clearly explain everything and patient with us. Me and husband are happy to have member Allstates than old our insurance company was not rly good enough for us.

I have been a customer for many years. I called them yesterday to initiate a review of my policies. I was told that my agent was on the phone and that they would call me back. That call back never happened yesterday. I understand that people's schedules can get crowded, but, honestly, if he could not get back to me, then he could've had someone else call to let me know or to address my issues. And this is not the first time that this has happened over the years.
