His staff, consistently over the years, has proven itself knowledgeable and highly competent to answer questions, handle transactions and solve problems whenever I call. They usually answer on the first ring, and - bingo - you've got a real person on the other end of the phone call ready to help you. Especially if you ever have to make a claim, rest easy that they'll handle it right.
