5/26/24:During bad times Jay and his team gave a positive outlook!! Jay was chatting with me hours after the tornado and guided us through the claim on the app that made everything move quickly. Take lots of pictures people and write down everything and keep receipts on all expenses!!!Jessica Campbell started off Monday morning with auto process claim pushing it through so the car is in the shop now getting repaired! Jessica positive attitude was very comforting to Barb and I!! Thanks Tim and Barb
