I rate it a 3. Lady's working there are nice when they answer and are there, however they are brokers. Which is not always bad since they are doing the work in finding the best insurance price available saving you time and stress. you will have to pay a little more for that convenience. Things that made me switch insurance. I don't know if its due to covid but I needed to pay my insurance I had with them. called and called left voice mail a couple of time and nada, Nothing not a call back ended up having to get a new insurance some where else. I ended up driving without insurance for 3 days waiting for them to get back. After not answering and returning calls I switched.

They left their trash advertisement on my car while i was shopping. They use low quality paper and it bled through onto my window and won't come off now.

DONT GET INSURANCE FROM HERE THEY WILL RIP U OFF TRY FRED LOYA OR SOMETHING ELSE THERE FEES ARE RIDICULOUS AND YOU CALL CUSTOMER AND THEY DON'T NOW ANY THING
