I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. Within the last 6 months I attempted to move my Homeowners policy to my new home and add Boat Insurance onto my policy. The homeowners insurance was never switched over as I was initially told by my previous agent. And after 1 week of being told we would hear back about adding insurance to my new boat, nothing was getting done. The agent I had been working with since I was 16 years old was no longer meeting expectations for my family and I. I am giving Jason’s office five stars due to the fact of how compassionate and helpful they’ve been to me the past couple of months. Jason has made everything as convenient as possible for myself and my mother before she passed at the beginning of this week. I couldn’t ask for a better person when it came to helping me figure certain things out whether it be financially and or about our policies in general. This office is so family oriented and actually cares about you! These kind of places are hard to come by anymore so don’t let this one go, I can assure you by switching to his office you will NOT be let down! My mother’s vehicle was unfortunately hit twice within a course of three months time, with neither time being our fault. Anyways, each time I went in with the police report and so forth, Jason was more than willing to help me fill it out, mail it for me, & assure that everything would be processed the correct way as well as in a timely manner. Each accident was processed within 2-3 days, with my mother’s car being fixed within that same week. I appreciate everything that his office and himself have been able to assist me with. Give State Farm a try if you don’t have them, like before I recommend Jason’s office, conveniently located right next to Silvis Hy-Vee.
