We refinanced our mortgage with this company. We went along with the process because it was recommended by a family friend, it was a bit rocky due to mis-communicating. Closed the deal a month or so later. The money hit our account we were missing roughly over a thousand dollars she said it was retracted to pay credit cards; been roughly 2 months credit cards are being paid by minimum payments due to them not getting paid with the so money retracted from it. The people who helped can’t even give a call back even though we called 3 weeks straight to be said by the receptionists that they are out of office every time and would tell them to get back to us as soon as possible. It’s been two months and it’s ridiculous, we just want answers.
