Jane was absolutely phenomenal to work with!! She walked us through every step of obtaining our mortgage and was incredibly helpful. We love Jane! Very efficient, hardworking, professional, knowledgeable, super patient, caring, dedicated and passionate are just a few words to describe her. She makes things happen and always on the go. Being first time homebuyers, we didn’t have much experience but she patiently guided us through the whole process. She stayed on top of everything and took the time to explain thoroughly the important details to make sure we understood them. Jane is very reliable and always made herself available to answer any questions we had. She is very easy to work with as she is very honest but very upfront as well of what works and what doesn’t. Jane is truly exceptional. She is the best with communication and answering the endless amount of questions we have. She explains everything in detail and we appreciate her level of expertise. She is very up front with us and we never felt she was taking advantage of us. She is very personable, calm, honest, hard-working and trustworthy.
