Erinn Cortes is the gold standard

To all who will listen:
I have multiple policies with State Farm, and have been a loyal customer for over forty years.
I had a site review of my residence earlier this year that resulted in some required improvements be made to continue the policy.
Mostly maintenance, but would require some labor that I was hoping to accomplish myself. I’m seventy years old so painting the house and working on the roof wouldn’t go as quickly as it might otherwise. Add in a distracting fishing obsession and the calendar days quickly flew by. Then the unforeseen, I fell from my boat injuring my shoulder in the process. Surgery was required to repair the shoulder, and I quickly ran up against the expiration deadline. Thanks to the help of family and friends, we got the work done. With only a couple of days left on the clock.
That’s when the fates truly shined and I first contacted Erinn Cortes. She was kind and understanding, compassionate about my plight.
Erinn went above and beyond what would have been required to make sure I had all the documentation correctly provided. Erinn submitted to the underwriters and warned that, with only one day left, they might not be able to review the submittal in time. Erinn promised to follow up with the underwriter and let me know. Then on the last day before policy was to expire, she texted me with the good news. All was good and the policy would stay in force. YA HOO!
I can’t thank Erinn Cortes enough for her hard work through this difficult situation she was confronted with. I hope State Farm appreciates what a tremendous team member they have in Erinn. And I wish Erinn all the rewards she deserves, for being a truly outstanding person.
