I worked for FATEH Express, I was involved in an accident, Jagdeep Singh insurance and the owner Jaspreet Singh are not responding to the claim. I was informed this morning by my lawyer that both are not responding, now I the driver will be financially responsible. Please make sure you know what insurance company your dealing with and company you work for. I also was not my final Check by Jaspreet Singh.

I was a JSIA customer from two years. I really wanted to stick with the company but this agent Anu Malhotra has zero clue of how to keep a customer. She not only provided me with a higher quote than previous year, but also did not provide me with loss runs even when I requested her several times on call and in-person. When she sent me loss runs, those were expired. They really wont provide you with a good quote or loss run till the last day. Without loss run you can’t get quote from another agent. This tricks don’t work anymore. I don’t know why she is still working with this agency.
