I'm not impressed. I used to like them, but after 7 years with Jack, I'm looking to change agents or insurance companies altogether. I've had State farm over 20 years now. I've called for help or questions a number of times with no callback or results. It's time for a change.
Update: They were charging me for my 23 year old being on my policy that I called and removed three years prior. She moved out of my house two years ago. She had her own state farm policy even. I switched to Allstate. Way better coverage and half the price. Total state farm w/jack (no tickets, accidents or claims at all) $632 A MONTH 25/50/25 for full coverage on 3 vehicles 09 f150, 2015 gmc terrian, 2016 focus, (2021 sxs canam progressive), & lib&comp 98 escort, 265k on house! Allstate 100/300/100 $365 FOR EVERYTHING house at 295k and triple on all garages and out buildings than state farm.

Best customer service we have ever received from an insurance company!
We had a situation where we found ourselves without auto insurance suddenly, I called here on a Friday at 4:30 and they had us insured and at a great rate by 5:00 the same day! Highly recommend shopping here for insurance!
