I had trouble communicating with and getting good insurance from my previous broker, so my property manager highly recommended Matt Watkins when I asked for a new referral. I got an email back just a few minutes after I sent my initial inquiry, and it has only been uphill from there! Matt has been so responsive and easy to work with, and he answered my many questions promptly and professionally, dealing with my complex needs at different properties. He was very friendly when we spoke on the phone and put me at ease, so I felt like I could trust him. It is increasingly hard to find good insurance in California, but Matt made it seem easy. Can't recommend him strongly enough!

Just updated this review in Dec 2024 to add an appreciation of Angel Isbell, who helped me find new coverage when once again, my insurance company decided to leave the state and cancel my policy. Angel made everything easy, and I really appreciate her!
