I have been living at the Messina almost 2 years and am extremely please with maintenance manager Ivan. He is an excellent facilities manager caring about his job and all of the residents happiness. This is my first property management I have ever lived in since I moved to California and have had a great experience.

We rented an apartment in Pasadena managed by Inveserve for three years. Management was always responsive to our maintenance requests, communicative about anything happening in the building, and the leasing office was always available, professional, and ready to help. Patrick, Johanna, and Lisa have specifically always been responsive and kind.

This management company is the worst one I have ever seen, never do the maintenance on time, and most of the maintenance requirements they just use the method of delay time to refused fix them. Very very very unprofessional and unethical. Specially the one called Greg Gailys very very very hard to work with. He put my life into a very difficult situation. He makes me move out after I rent the property, which is make me moving home twice in three months and spend a lot of time to communicate with them. They will do everything to not corporate and try everything to not refund your deposit. If you choose this company means you choose a nasty life.

Two years ago this property management was all right before Anthony became the head manager. All of our maintenance always gets canceled. We have mold in the bathroom. once Anthony had the audacity to email my wife and Insult her, saying that the mold in the bathroom was our fault. they even charged the owner for a painting kit, and they never painted the bathroom or did anything, these guys are a joke. This place has termites too So the building is probably gonna fall down. Our oven that hasn’t worked for months and the cancel the maintenance request. The owners need to change management companies or the management company needs to get new managers because at this point, this property needs to be flagged by inspectors. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism in my life!! And none of those smoke detectors work They said that they would be getting batteries for them and having someone fix the one that’s plugged inTo the ceiling and that was a year ago But they haven’t had batteries since we moved in. They know this because they do Inspections every year. The fact that these guys are trying to charge us for the trash, even though that’s included in the rent. I personally seen Anthony go around the property taking pictures looking for things to charge the renters for. They will cancel all the maintenance But they’ll sure remind you to pay your rent.

this is the worst HOA company I have ever experienced. I submitted a roof repair request after the winter storm this year, and it has not been fixed yet, no one ever followed up with us. it's been almost a year. the new supervisor that was assigned to our apartment is even worse. He never answered my call, or emails. I was never able to get hold of him. I have never seen a person that is so irresponsible.

They followed up and managed the roof repair after the post.

My experience with InveServe Property Management has been extremely disappointing. The level of responsiveness is severely lacking; they never answer phone calls and consistently fail to reply to emails. As a property owner, it feels like they are only interested in charging fees without providing any real management or care for the property. Communication has been virtually non-existent, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with their services. The deal with the Prisilla, the property managing supervisor is absolutely nightmare.
