Interstate installed a new ac / heating system in my house 8 years ago. Needed service for the first time made a phone call to them gave me an appointment called to confirm the night before and tech called an hour before he came on time. Diagnosied the issue quickly got to work and was out in less then an hour he even had the part on his truck. Very professional and clean tech! Even wore the blue botties on his shoes. The office also was very courteous and easy to work with. Thank you interstate looking forward to using you in the future.

Have a service contract with interstate usually takes 2 or 3 days to give an appointment for service. but once they show up you know the issue is solved and fixed even if it means driving across Brooklyn to find that rare part for our unit. Interstate thank you for keeping our customers comfortable

Beware!!! If you do not have a contract with them, don't even bother calling especially during the summer months. Even though I had used them twice in the past they just took my credit card info and never gave me an appointment. After calling them 3 times I was given a time and date but they never showed. While talking to a neighbor in my Midtown building, they had a similar experience. The poor ladies in the office are very nice and try to be helpful but cannot do anything without the approval of this "Ray" person who I've asked to call me back but never did. The best part was that every time I called back the lady I had last spoken to was "no longer with the company." How is this place still in business They have total disregard for their customers and employees alike!!
