This is the worst insurance group you can ever work with in your life. When they want you to work with one of the insurance companies they manage, they treat you wonderfully and are ready to call you every moment, but when you need them to resolve something for you, months can go by and they don't do it. Guess who is the non-beneficiary here? YOU because you’re the one who pays and wastes the money. This guy Matthew Kretowicz is the worst. I have been after him to cancel my policy for months. He tells me that it was canceled and when I call a few days or weeks later the policy is still active. They’re so disrespectful in this company that when you’re talking to them on the phone, they hang up on you because they don't know how to resolve the situation. 3 months paying for a policy that is not in use. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Almost 4 years with this company and everyday is getting worse.

Matthew Kretowicz is incredible to work with at Interfirst. Within less than 20 minutes speaking with him, he was able to get me a much better monthly rate on my auto insurance and made the process so easy and simple for me. Company has a dedicated, motivated employee name, Aguirre, D. He took time to go over my house insurance to make sure I had the best deal possible. My family and I never had a great experience until we met Daniel. He work around our busy schedule. Being a Military family is hard to meet someone whose willing to spend their quality time working with us, but Danny took the challenge with no hesitation. We thank you for all the support and dedication to the troops.

About 2 months ago I began shopping for new homeowners/car insurance to replace what we had. After speaking g with several companies I chose travelers. Paid the full 12 months for auto and then gave them the info to change homeowners with our mortgage company. The agent I spoke with (who I find is no longer there) said he and staff on his end would take care of notifying my insurer of the changes I was making and in fact I would be getting a refund. So just know that this turned into a nightmare. After I tried contacting the agent (leaving frantic messages) ms Vera A. Saw my messages and called me to see what was going on. She has been an Angel. She has worked with me by phone for two days and has every thing resolved. And kept me informed every step of the way! If all of Travelers customer service is as great as Vera’s then I’m with the right company. I hope they know what a valuable employee they have in ms Vera A. Thank you so much Vera!

I had been called by an agent already of Interfirst insurance asking if I was interested in auto or homeowners insurance. Forgot the name of the agent. I told the agent I was no longer shopping around and had found a good carrier. That was that and me and the agent both had said our goodbyes. 5 minutes later I get a call from a guy named Arben asking if I was interested and I had told him no to stop calling me. He then proceeded to insist on shopping me around and was very disrespectful in how he talked to me. If you are looking for insurance you don’t want to be treated poorly, let alone let that person handle your insurance. I then blocked the number. It was just overall a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They are very rude and forceful with how they handle business.

GREAT experience working with Matt Kretowicz earlier today. I wasn't happy with my previous auto insurance carrier and reached out to Matt. In less than an hour, he came back with 3 different carrier options, all of which had better rates than I was currently paying and got me locked in to that rate quickly. He has exceptional customer service skills and I highly recommend working with him.
