If I could give more stars Maria most definitely deserves them. I had an issue with my plate sticker and needed to get insurance. She was so friendly, patient, and helpful she gave me options that I didn’t know I had and it was just what I needed. She guided me through everything and gave me all her attention. I never thought I could laugh so much when dealing with insurance. Nick was great! Respectful, quick, fun and straight forward. Great experience. Definitely need more people like him!

I used them in the past and service was great so I decided to use them again. Worst mistake ever! After paying for the insurance to get started I then found out they don’t offer a certain amount for comp and collision. So I asked to cancel the policy. I was told it would get canceled and refunded and got ignored for three days. A guy named Nick was extremely rude and unprofessional. Maria was unprofessional by not returning my calls or emails. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for a paper check in the mail. When they could easily put the money back on my card. This is insane and I do not recommend. The process was stressful!
