I have had my business insurance through Mark Robinson at Ins Brokers of Buffalo for about 4 years now. I am beyond happy with the level of service I have received! Any time I have a question or need a Certificate of Insurance (10 times a year or more) he is always prompt with a response... usually same day or next. He worked with me to find the appropriate level of coverage for my business, and also got me a good price. I Highly recommend Mark Robinson... he's awesome!

I had a poor experience with communicating with this business regarding automotive insurance. I called twice, and it kept hanging up, so assuming an issue with the connection I called again. The owner, Mark Robinson answered the phone in a particularly rude tone. When I asked to inquire about Nationwide Auto Insurance (as I was working to quote all available major carriers), he questioned me on why I wanted to quote them. I decided to quote with another agency as his tone and demeanor gave off the impression that the call was wasting his time.
