I am a recent client and I had a bad experience with Stephanie Gonzalez. I called several times with Stephanie and as of today she hasn't had the courtesy to return my phone calls yet whether it's positive or negative. As far as I am concerned, I believe she is unprofessional. I understand she might be busy but at least a ten second phone call would be appreciated.

HOWEVER, Ms. Ana Palomar has changed my reaction to a positive experience and outlook on your company. Ms. Ana is Professional. Both Ana and the building manager were so helpful during this process. They were communicative, flexible, and willing to answer my many questions. My application was approved the same day I submitted it, and I received very detailed instructions on how to proceed with the rest of the process.
