I had an extremely disappointing experience with Oggi Kashi at North Point Real Estate. From the start, communication was poor and unprofessional. He seemed disinterested in understanding my needs and preferences, often dismissing my concerns and questions. The properties he showed me were far from what I was looking for, and it felt like he was more interested in closing a quick deal than actually helping me find a suitable home.
What really frustrated me was his lack of follow-through. After our initial meetings, he rarely returned my calls or emails, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a client. When I did manage to get in touch with him, he was often late to appointments or provided vague answers that did nothing to ease my concerns.
Overall, working with Oggi Kashi was a frustrating and stressful experience. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and dedication, especially from someone associated with North Point Real Estate. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive real estate agent.
