Carey is fantastic! She's thoroughly explains everything. Impact makes tax season less stressful. She readily makes herself available for any questions, and she cares about her customers. Impact is located at 600 Broad Street, beautiful white building, press the Impact Carey button by front door (she'll buzz you in), go left towards staircase and pass them, continue down hall and you will see elevator on right, take to 2nd floor, and when you get off elevator her door is immediately to the right.
