Angeleen was very helpful from start to finish. Communication was pretty good also although can be busy at times when you need quick responses or help. They were helpful with payment plan options. My return was processed quickly after submitting all my documents and had refund deposited within a week. Gale is very polite and patient. I had a lot questions of to ask for clarity on my financial situation. She was understanding and answered each of my concerns. I had so many questions that we talked on the phone for an hour and half.
