True Customer Service! I spoke with Mirena and Karina during my transactions. We had a couple of glitches during the upgrade as expected with any major system upgrade. Karina from corporate worked closely with me and helped me through my situation. I was unable to make a payment online with the new upgrade because it removed all of my external banking info. I appreciate the high level of customer service they gave me.

I unfortunately have my car loan here. I do not live near any of their branch locations. I wish to pay by phone with a debit or credit card. Their recent computer changes also affected my ability to make a payment by phone. I requested a call back and there was no call back. I left two voicemails on Saturday, again no callback. Cannot pay online as it forces you to create an account with username and password. I am going to have to drive to one of their branch locations to make the payment. I also requested a call from a Manager/Supervisor and no call.

Illiana broke my trust & I will be looking for a new bank that makes life easier not harder. It’s been one inconvenience after another ever since January 31st. I can not access my own money which is a MAJOR inconvenience & jeopardizes my life & livelihood.

They were good, not since they began to change the system and the employees before they were cordial, kind, gentle, ora are systematic, robotic, rude and frivolous, they no longer try to help solve customer requests, they now confront you and treat you with disdain as what they don't like or care about. Very slow service!! Only two tellers here and they're not moving ppl through quickly at all. The Cal city branch is much more efficient. Will avoid this Chicago Heights location from now on whenever possible.

I finally got to see a teller. It was a little Mexican girl, very dainty today on December 5th at 3:25 p.m.. Even though she has never seen me before and I have never seen her before, she did not ask for an ID. That is very bad news and I will be closing my account here as soon as possible, certainly by the end of January. Not only did she not verify who I was before being willing to give me a large amount of cash, she also could not seem to understand what I was saying to the degree that I had to say very loudly for her in front of the whole lobby how much I wanted out and what type of bills I wanted. So basically, the interaction was not allowed to be private but ended up being very loud because she couldn't seem to comprehend what I was saying three times in a row. The service is very bad. Very, very bad. Get some new people. Make sure they verify people's identity!!!

The amount of issues they give their members is insane. I work during business hours and not able to go into the branch, AND ITS A BIG INCONVENIENCE. MY PATIENCE WITH THIS PLACE IS COMING TO AN END. NOTHING THEY DO IS BENEFICIAL TO THE MEMBERS. IM OVER IT

I do not recommend financing a car or buying a house with this credit union. This is biggest regret in my life. I’ve had nothing but issues with the staff here. They’re unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Randomly adding fees, having to argue about it, what’s due and what isn’t.

They charged me $800 for saying my car insurance lapse and asked for a 3 month declaration page. Car insurance only provide a 6 month or annual declaration page and once I provided my declaration page they stilled charged me and stop responding. I have two years left to pay off my car and I am closing my account. Please avoid this place there’s no benefit banking with them.
