We had an amazing experience with I Lending. We worked with one of their lending officers by the name of Kyle. He did a fantastic job for us. He was efficient, kind, knowledgeable, concise, understandable, and professional. We found him a true joy to work with in a world full of people that have lost their professionalism. I provided my details on lendingkart to get the best quote and I received a call from ilending and ilending was showing lower rate on lendingkart
So the First lady took all my personal details and car details including social and did a soft run and conferenced with Andrea, who was from loan department, she took all of my international details. But didn't provide me the interest rate quote that I was looking for, couldn't even provide me a basic estimate not even the estimate range unless the application gets submitted.
Why would you lure people to get their personal information by showing them lower interest rate based on the credit score range that you have listed; If your employee can't even provide the interest rate estimate or an estimate range even after running the soft credit run while your provided info on lendingkart can provide the interest rate just by giving the credit score range, excellent, good, average or bad.
Horrible experience and misleading to get the personal information.

This was such an easy process, the loan specialist I worked with was truly amazing answered all my questions before we even started the process and I was approved in 24 hours. No sales pressure no gimmicks. Dropped my interest rate 5 points, and payment down by $140. Would definitely recommend them!

Through a new job and their discount/perk website I heard about iLending. I worked with Dijon who was wonderful to work with. Super seamless, streamlined process. He was thorough with explaining the breakdown of the whole application process, took me through the signing process and checked in throughout it as well. He helped me in receiving a lower interest rate & monthly payment! He was very personable & professional. 5/5 would want Dijon again, I'll be hanging out with Ben Franklin more often thanks to his help through this process!

We worked with Jason Hamburg and it was a terrific experience (even with the holidays). He really listens to his customers and takes the time to understand what's important. You can tell that Jason genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. He kept me in the loop the entire way and immediately responded to my texts. Jason did a wonderful job of finding me a competitive rate and term and ensured that we knew about warranty options. So not only did I lower my payment substantially but I now have a warranty policy for my car.

My fiance and I just had a HORRIBLE experience with I Lending. We were told we were approved for a refinance, which took a long time, we were told DO NOT make your payment to the current lender as it will mess up our new loan amount. Signed papers electronically, and then weeks later after hearing nothing, we get a call from George Warejko, supervisor of the guy we had been dealing with, Jeff.. saying it did not go thru!! Absolutely put us in a bad position which will now affect our credit as now we are late on our payments!!!! I am absolutely livid with this company!!
