We've loved using human interest for our small business! They've simplified and automated the 401k process for us, and were one of the more affordable options out there. They also integrate seamlessly with our payroll provider making it extremely easy to use.

The customer service feature is a little difficult, although we've been assigned a Representative they haven't always been responsive, and then we had to work to get someone else, but other than that it's been a great experience and I would recommend!

I am deeply frustrated by the ongoing issues we've faced while implementing a 401K plan with this company. What was promised to be a smooth and straightforward process has turned into a nightmare. Over the past two payroll cycles, contributions have been processed incorrectly, leaving me with a significant mess to untangle—right at year-end. To make matters worse, their customer service team is unavailable during the final week of the year, leaving me without support to resolve these problems. As a business leader, this situation undermines my ability to confidently manage payroll for my team, and I find it incredibly disappointing.

Contributions take weeks and sometimes months to process in your account. They are currently 3 pay periods behind what should be reflected in my account. Possibly the worst 401k provider my company could have switched to.
