I was switching insurance companies last minute and Hughes Insurance Company was amazing. Joe and Deidre explained everything and made the process easy. I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe while shopping for homeowners/ auto/ umbrella insurance. I am very impressed with his exceptional service and excellent communication. Joe made a personalized video that walked through all of the different policies, and broke down the prices. He was able to give me great guidance on which deductibles made the most sense for each policy from all nine providers that he received rates from. I have never worked with a broker before but highly recommend it. The spreadsheet he sends makes it easy to enter your own information and visualize the options, and see the savings over your current policy. Would highly recommend to friends/family.
