If I could give zero I would. I had called up and was told a job was an available just for them not to answer the phone for two weeks and when they do pick up now the job is taken. I don't have a racist bone in my body but this company reeks of favoritism.

I was told on July 6, 2022 that Maria had a position in Wood dale Mon-Fri 6am-2:30 pm. To come to the office July 7, 2022 @9am bring my IDS. I get there @9. Didn’t see her at all for her to tell someone she don’t have anything for me after I drove a hr and 5 mins to that office

This company is horrible, they take your information and never contact you for a job. They never answer phones, texts, or emails. And they are always having job fairs but aren't getting current employees a job. This company is very fishy, and I'm upset they have all my information, even my DNA after the "drug test" they give you.

Irma is unprofessional and super rude. She needs better phone skills. She seems like a gatekeeper who is intent on disqualifying you for a simple hotel job. People like you are part of the unemployment problem.

It's false advertisement to post active jobs when in actuality there aren't any (that's what you told me yesterday). Remember, you need people to fill positions for you clients - "you're not a temp agency". That's what you said so proudly. Either way YOU need people. WE have choices.

Don't waste your time with these people.

I love love HSS!!!! I’m on the second assignment that Violeta helped me get. First one ended after I made a yr, but again, Violeta came to the rescue, not only just for me, but for MY SON as well! THANK YOU HSS

They offer so much assistance with the application process and are very nice and helpful in person as well. Made getting a job so fun and easy and they help you work in a field that you have experience in and love to work in.

Marie is so good with communication. Any question you have she will ask for a solution or give you one. The company as a whole is great , they give you work as long as you are ready to work!
