When I was shopping around for homes, I compared 3 different lenders. It was kind of like Goldilocks and the 3 bears. One would not approve me for as much as I needed and seemed timid, the other seemed like they wanted to take full advantage of me and said I would be approved within 2 minutes for an amount that was waaaay unrealistic for my income, and John was “Just right.” John took the time to learn what kind of home I was interested in and needed. He helped me figure out what kind of funds I had to create the perfect tailored loan approval. Not only was John very thorough, but I felt like he actually cared. He took a call I made at 4:30 am! I’m convinced he’s the reason I won the offer on my home. John educated me every step of the way and adopted me as the big brother I never had.
