I've always wanted to use Allstate as an insurance agency because of their already great reputation, so when I finally had the chance to bundle my home and auto with them, I jumped on it! It was great at first but once it came time to renew my policy, money was withdrawn from my account earlier than the policy end date without any prior warning and it kept my bank balance negative for a month. I kept getting the run around from different representatives when calling or emailing and I received false information more than once. This particular agent I was assigned from the beginning was also terrible at getting back to me via email and was the main source of the false information I received. I finally canceled everything and ended up going back to Progressive.

Sam really knows his clients. He takes the time to get to know you individually; and when you walk into his office, he or his staff treat you like their family. Everyone in his office remembers who you are, even if you haven’t stopped by in a year. They are all amazing and Sam is so easy to talk with—just have a cup of coffee, sit down and next thing ya know, you’re talking with a trusted friend. Highly recommend his agency. And I generally don’t like or trust insurance people. Not here though.
