Do not go through these people if you need money fast or if it's for an emergency, they do not care they will put you off till the next day or the next day or even the following Monday... If you need money fast go through Oasis they literally fund within 24 hours... Also high-rise only does wire transfers or check by mail and both routes end up taking an extra day on top of the few days that it takes them to approve your application... With Oasis you can get your money at any Walmart as long as customer service is open which they usually are until 8:00 p.m. and you get it the same day that your application is approved... Worst customer service I've experienced by far, it almost seemed like they didn't want my business

High Rise Financial. I contacted them via their website and was given a number to call, which I did. The individual I spoke to seemed lost; they didn’t know what to ask or how to ask it. They then started asking medical questions in an odd and very personal way. This was a third-party person whose role was simply to obtain basic information to pass on to the company. There was nothing that indicated I had to find that out on my own. I told the individual I did not feel comfortable with them or the way the questions were asked. I mentioned that I would provide all my medical information directly to the company.

My case is simple: I am one of the named plaintiffs in the Zantac claims. GSK settled on October 9, 2024, for $2.2 billion, which means, as a named plaintiff, my share is substantial. I have been receiving many calls from lenders wanting me to take out a loan with them. Be careful when speaking with third-party individuals that this funding firm uses. I may file a complaint, as they failed to disclose that they use a third party to collect personal and medical information without informing the borrower. The office that called me is in California, which has strict laws, and there are federal statutes as well regarding this. I might have been able to work with them had a qualified person from the company spoken with me.

I was helped twice by this company and they delivered on time. No complaints! My last attempt took over a week and I never recieved a status other than its stuck in underwriting. I am very disappointed in the level of service I received. Im not going to say not to deal with them but beware have a backup plan because you may not recieve an answer in time.
