Went in to get some cash, they were closed in the lobby. Had me feeling kinda sorry. Went to the drive thru to cash a check and that's when I stuck out my neck. The bank network wouldn't take my check!!

I took the capsule in my car. We weren't really going far. To another bank to try and do business. Little did I know they didn't like my fitness. Started robbing banks in frustration. Kinda like I had constipation.

Is there a bank that wants my money? Or is it all with my honey?

Than you for being kind today. Other things aren't going my way. They stole my art and I am mad. The only person I wanted to be with is making me sad. She keeps on hiding and it's not cool. Everyone thinks I'm some kind of fool. I've had enough and you're driving me nuts. It's about time I go light up that school bus. I've got some wood, fluid, and gear. They really should have done a better job last year. I'm actually the police if you didn't know, now everyone get the show on the road!!

Just brought in cash to get some quarters and they wouldn't do it without having an account there. Very simple. Other banks have done that for me no questions asked.

We made an appointment with David to open a new account at 11:00 a.m. We arrived early. By 11:40, he still had not come out of his office to explain or apologize. We had to leave because our lunch hour was about to end.

I guess High Country Bank is not interested in doing business with us.

UPDATE - Over a week has gone by, and no one has reached out to apologize or explain. It's awful to set an appointment and then break it. It's unprofessional.

Grateful is the best word to describe it. It’s hard to find a bank that will have a conversation with you, and will work to help you with an out of the ordinary request. HCB went above and beyond on both accounts. Cheyenne was diligent and responsive which is rare when dealing with loan officers in my experience. I can’t say enough about how great our experience was and how thankful we are.
